Pleasant Valley Pastures (PVP) is a food buying club made possible by a hard-working Amish farmer who is dedicated to providing the highest quality food for the local community. The farmer maintains a healthy herd of 13 Guernsey cows that supply A2/A2 "real" milk, and he accepts requests for a variety of made-to-order raw dairy products, including heavy cream, butter, ghee, and kefir. The cows consume an organic, all-grass diet year-round. Additionally, PVP offers traditionally-fermented sauerkraut, in-season fruits and vegetables, eggs, grass-fed / pastured meats, and local honey and maple syrup. PVP is pleased to make accessible these traditional, wholesome, nutrient-dense foods, all curated in adherence to the practices and principles of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
