If a message keeps saying your session has expired, try closing all browser windows then try again.
If you recently changed your password, and you allowed your browser to remember your old password, some browsers may pre-fill the password box with your old password. This is a known issue with some web browsers. If carefully typing your new password does not succeed, you may need to clear your remembered passwords in your browser settings. You can find information about how to do this for your particular browser by "Googling" for it, etc.
Not receiving emails, or the emails are going into Spam
The emails from NorCal Farm Hub are sent from address "no.reply.34@myrealfoods.com". Try adding that email to your trusted contact list in your email service, and marking the email Not Spam if you find it in your spam folder.
